All International sales of Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. are traded under the International Trade and Commercial Terms Ex Works (EXW) at all times. No exceptions.
Payment received is non-refundable once the client confirms the production of a private labeling, OEM and ODM order.
Once the ordered products have been manufactured, payment is non-refundable. No exceptions.
Shipping fees, insurance fees, and other service fees are non-refundable for a shipment that has already been shipped. No exceptions.
All shipment returned to us unclaimed or caused by shipping failure, clients will be subject to pay for return shipping charges and storage fees.
Customer must cover for shipping return fees and storage fee if the shipment has been set to return.
Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information provided by the customer side.
Customers are fully responsible for checking and processing legal documentation for import and sales with local authorities, including customs, permits, and regulations, as customers have access to local regulatory resources and can get up-to-date information first hand.
Estimated manufacturing or delivery timescales provided by Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. are not guaranteed due to unpredictable circumstances, such as design modification, content modification, export documents application, permit application, delayed payment, etc., and Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. is not obliged to offer a refund if these timeframes are not met.
The shelf life of each product sold by Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. applies when products are stored in a cool, dry, and sheltered environment. Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of products, for the stored conditions are unknown and not being controlled by Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd.
If any additional ingredients or components, such as fragrances, serum, tools, facial mask and essences, etc., are added to any product after Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. has dispatched the order, Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any consequences.
Goods are at the risk of the purchaser from the time of delivery or at the time of collection.
Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd. shall not be liable to the purchaser for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses, or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the goods.

All orders must be paid in full before the products are dispatched. Private labeling, OEM and ODM orders cancelled after payment are not eligible for a refund, as all products are made to order. Under these circumstances, any partial credit refunds or exchanges will be at the discretion of Sunnyfield Shihlin CO., Ltd.
If a partial credit refund or partial refund or exchange has been approved by Sunnyfield Shihlin Co., Ltd. for a client, all products and orders, either OEM, ODM, private labeling or Forest Beauty items are considered abandoned. Client surrenders automatically all rights of the order, such as the merchandise overall, packaging, labeling, etc.
If a partial credit refund has been approved, it can only be used to order Forest Beauty products or OEM skin care products within the approved validity period. Approved partial credit refund cannot be used for shipping fee, transportation fee, travel fee, storage fee, application of certificate or document, permit, translation fee, notary fee, payment to third party, payment of services or products outside of Sunnyfield Shihlin Co., Ltd., etc.
To use the approved credit refund, customer must make up the difference in the total amount when placing an order. Full payment must be received before production.
